The Housing Authority is governed by a 5-member Board of Commissioners who are appointed by the Davis County Commission.

Duties: The Board's general duties are: 1) Hire and evaluate the Executive Director; 2) Develop, direct and oversee policy direction of the Housing Authority; 3) Ensure fiscal controls and accountability. The Housing Authority is governed by Federal and State law.

Term: Four years. Position is renewable.
