PUBLIC NOTICE: Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on October 8, 2019, at 7:00 AM at the Davis Community Housing Authority offices located at 352 S. 200 W. Suite 1, Farmington, Utah, to review and receive comments on the FY 2019 Capital Fund Budget. Copies of the plan are on file at the DCHA office for prior examination.

The Housing Authority is governed by a 5-member Board of Commissioners who are appointed by the Davis County Commission.

Duties: The Board's general duties are: 1) Hire and evaluate the Executive Director; 2) Develop, direct and oversee policy direction of the Housing Authority; 3) Ensure fiscal controls and accountability. The Housing Authority is governed by Federal and State law.

Term: Four years. Position is renewable.
